GrileAMG
Problem: Building a single coherent product across three delivery surfaces, with synchronized progress, correct scoring for single- and multiple-answer questions, timed exam simulations, manageable medical content, search across nested documents, roles, and premium access
Result: 3 product surfaces connected to the same backend: web platform, iOS app, and Android app
Risa Time
Problem: Safely coordinating a car between customer, driver, car wash, and operators requires much more than a booking: payment must be confirmed before the order is published, two drivers must not be able to claim the same trip, every transition must be validated, and pickup and return need photo evidence and GPS proximity
Result: 5 coordinated apps/codebases: API, admin panel, customer app, driver app, and landing page
Mixbox
Problem: Adapting a general multi-vendor base to Mixbox's operations required coordinating four codebases and several mutually interdependent flows: a cart with products from multiple stores, separate delivery calculation, a single payment experience, isolated visibility for each merchant, statuses synchronized with the courier, and a catalog fed by heterogeneous feeds
Result: 4 coordinated codebases: Laravel backend and admin, Flutter customer app, Flutter store app, and Flutter courier app
YouSpace
Problem: The product had to serve two different needs at once: families need fast discovery and comparable information, while specialists need verifiable professional profiles, visibility, and editorial tools
Result: 3 confirmed operational roles: specialist, agent, and administrator, with differentiated access via middleware and dedicated routes
BCA Solution
Problem: The product had to coherently tie companies, users, equipment, and the right to open support requests to a technical process that includes conversations, photos, documents, and parts orders
Result: 3 operational roles: customer, agent, and administrator, with differentiated portals, navigation, and actions
Aavena
Problem: The main challenge was keeping the same data and business rules consistent across web, PWA, Android, and iOS, even though maps, the camera, permissions, authentication, and payments differ across platforms
Result: A single frontend codebase configured for web/PWA and native Capacitor Android and iOS projects
